Hi, Our Names are Lacey & Deidre

We're The Nurses Miller!

Though we’re not related by family, we share a last name and a shared passion: empowering healthcare professionals like you to deliver evidence-based care with confidence and purpose.

Our journey began as teammates in a large hospital system, where we discovered a shared passion for helping hospital staff improve their birthing units. Together, we are dedicated to creating healthcare environments where practice change builds trust, fosters teamwork, and ignites excitement among healthcare professionals. Through The Nurses Miller, our goal is to equip unit leaders and bedside staff with the tools and knowledge to provide every patient with the safest, most effective care possible.

Deidre comes from an extensive background in neonatal care, while Lacey focuses on the birthing person’s journey. Together, we bridge the gaps between perinatal and neonatal care.

As nurse leaders, mothers, and practice nerds, we’re here to help you become healthcare professional you were always meant to be—providing exceptional care and making a lasting impact on the lives of your patients and your team.
